Jackie Shroff and his son Tiger Shroff have been invited to the ‘Pran Pratistha’ ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Additionally, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have received invitations from the RSS to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Ram Temple.
Jackie Shroff took to Instagram on Tuesday, sharing a series of photos with the caption, “We feel blessed to be a part of the auspicious Shri Ram JanmBhoomi Mandir Praan-Pratishtha Ceremony on January 22nd in Ayodhya. Additional details about the Ram Mandir ceremony: The Pran Pratistha ceremony is set to occur on January 22, 2024. Preparations are in progress for the Pran Pratishtha event, expected to attract both dignitaries and ordinary individuals from various backgrounds.
The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, is slated to preside over the Pran Pratishtha of the idol of Ram Lalla at the grand temple. The Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust has decided to place Ram Lalla at the sanctum-sanctorum of the shrine at noon on January 22.
Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Ram, holds immense spiritual, historical, and cultural significance for the people. The trust has extended invitations to 4,000 saints for the ceremony. The Vedic rituals for the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla (infant Lord Ram) in Ayodhya are scheduled to commence on January 16, a week prior to the main ceremony.
A priest named Lakshmi Kant Dixit, hailing from Varanasi, is set to conduct the primary rituals of the Pran Pratishtha. From January 14 to 22, Ayodhya is gearing up to celebrate Amrit Mahautsav. Additionally, a Hundi Mahayagya involving 1008 Hundi will be organized, aiming to feed thousands of devotees.
Numerous tent cities are being constructed in Ayodhya to accommodate the expected influx of devotees who will be attending the grand event in the temple town.
