The Google Pixel 8 Pro was introduced during Google’s Made by Google 2023 event in India on October 4. It was launched alongside the Google Pixel 8 on October 12. Initially, the Pro version was available with 12GB RAM and 128GB storage, priced at Rs. 1,06,999. It came in three colors: Bay, Obsidian, and Porcelain. Now, just a month later, Google has unveiled a new storage option for the Pixel 8 Pro.
According to information shared by Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24) on X, a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant of the Pixel 8 Pro is now available in India. This newer model is priced at Rs. 1,13,999. Additionally, buyers can benefit from bank offers. For purchases using an SBI Bank Credit Card, there’s a discount of Rs. 9,000, along with an exchange bonus of up to Rs. 4,000.

The latest variant of the Google Pixel 8 Pro is solely offered in the Obsidian color, unlike the 128GB storage version that has three color choices. It’s essential to note that the 12GB RAM and 128GB storage model of the Google Pixel 8 Pro can still be purchased for Rs. 1,06,999, with the same bank offers mentioned earlier.
The phone comes with Android 14 pre-installed. It has a large 6.7-inch Quad-HD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Google Pixel 8 Pro runs on Google’s Tensor G3 SoC and the Titan M2 security chip.
It features three cameras on the back, including a 50-megapixel main sensor and two 48-megapixel sensors. For selfies, it has a 10.5-megapixel front camera. The Pixel 8 Pro has a 5050mAh battery and supports 30W wired charging.
