Netweb Technologies experienced a 10% increase in its stock value following its collaboration with NVIDIA to investigate the possibilities of AI and high-performance computing. Netweb will produce server designs for the NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip and GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip MGX server designs.
Netweb Technologies, a prominent Indian OEM specializing in advanced computing, witnessed a 10% surge in its stock, reaching ₹892.40 per share in early Tuesday’s trading. This increase in stock value followed the company’s collaboration with NVIDIA to unleash the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing.
In a regulatory disclosure today, the firm declared its new role as a manufacturing partner for the NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip and GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip MGX server designs. Netweb is set to construct and deliver over 10 server variations as part of its Tyrone range of AI systems, catering to a diverse array of AI, high-performance computing, and supercomputing applications.
NVIDIA MGX, a modular reference design, will be utilized by the company for its AI systems, focusing on intricate workloads like HPC, data science, large language models, edge computing, enterprise AI, and design and simulation.

The range of products is designed to handle diverse simultaneous workloads, including AI training, inference, and 5G, all on a single system. Additionally, the designs ensure smooth upgrades for future hardware generations.
Netweb’s AI systems, incorporating NVIDIA MGX, contribute to the ‘Make in India’ initiative and bolster the local manufacturing of systems. This move aims to establish a local ecosystem that can effectively address the demands related to AI and accelerated computing applications from both government and private enterprises.
The emergence of AI needs and India’s potential are highlighted by recent major declarations from prominent Indian companies to establish AI infrastructure in the country. Netweb asserts that its portfolio based on the NVIDIA MGX platform can aid in constructing independent AI infrastructure for India and other nations.
